AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO STUDY THE EFFECTS OF NAPRAPATHIC TREATMENTS ON VETERANS DIAGNOSED WITH POSTTRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the veterans' services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 to study the effects of naprapathic treatments on veterans diagnosed with posttraumatic stress disorder. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the general fund.
