Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 3
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 13, before "LICENSED", insert "CERTAIN".
2. On page 1, line 22, after "producer", insert ", who is not a qualified patient producing for the patient's own personal use,".
3. On page 2, line 4, after "producer", insert a colon and the following paragraphs:
"(1) who is a qualified patient applying for a license for personal production an annual license fee that shall not exceed a total of thirty dollars ($30.00); and
(2) that is any other type of licensed producer an annual license fee that shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200) per plant.".
4. On page 2, strike lines 5 and 6 in their entirety.
