has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 19, strike "regulates or attempts to regulate the", strike lines 20 and 21 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "requires or attempts to require a private-sector employer to provide its employees with advanced notice of their work schedules.".
