SENATE BILL 72

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 4, strike "2017" and insert in lieu thereof "southwest New Mexico council of governments'".

    2. On page 2, line 4, after "plans", insert "for fiscal years 2019 through 2023".

    3. On page 2, line 10, strike "improve" and insert in lieu thereof "to develop improved".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
