SENATE BILL 178

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 14, strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    "SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE DATE.--

         A. The effective date of the provisions of Sections 3, 4, 8 and 9 of this act is May 16, 2018.

         B. The effective date of the provisions of Sections 1, 2 and 5 through 7 of this act is January 1, 2019.".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
