SENATE BILL 217
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "AND FOR LARCENY OF PECANS".
2. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "Sections 1 through 8 of this" and insert in lieu thereof "This".
3. On pages 7 and 8, strike Section 9 in its entirety.
4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
