HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 15

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, after "USE", insert "A PORTION OF".

     2. On page 1, line 14, after "NETWORK", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 15 and 16 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     3. On page 2, strike lines 23 through 25 and on page 3, strike lines 1 and 2 and insert in lieu thereof:

     "WHEREAS, pursuant to the partial consent decree, a state may use up to fifteen percent of the money allocated to it to deploy a light duty zero emission vehicle charging network; and".

     4. On page 3, line 7, strike "and".

     5. On page 3, strike lines 8 through 14 in their entirety.

     6. On page 3, line 19, strike "consider using" and insert in lieu thereof "use".

     7. On page 3, line 23, after "state", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety.

     8. On page 4, strike line 1 up to the semicolon.
