    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 117

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, before "valuation", insert "assessed".

    2. On page 2, line 5, strike the colon, on line 6, strike the subparagraph designation "(a)" and "owner's", strike lines 7 through 10 in their entirety and strike line 11 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "owner qualifies and files an application".

    3. On page 2, line 13, strike "first" and insert in lieu thereof "qualified and".

    4. On page 2, line 17, after the period, insert "The application shall be filed no later than thirty days after the date of mailing by the assessor of the notice of valuation.".

    5. On page 2, line 22, strike "prior" and insert in lieu thereof "subsequent".
