SENATE BILL 128

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 through 14, strike "AND ADDING DISTRICT ATTORNEYS TO THE PERSONS WHO CAN FILE PETITIONS IN THE ASSISTED OUTPATIENT TREATMENT ACT".

    2. On page 6, line 25, remove the brackets and line-through.

    3. On page 7, line 1, strike "; or" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    4. On page 7, strike line 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
