SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 11, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator George K. Munoz

    1. Strike Senate Finance Committee Amendment 14.

    2. On page 28, line 24, strike "G" and insert in lieu thereof "H".

    3. On page 30, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following:

         "F. If a recovery entity loses eligibility in a quarter, the authority shall set aside funds for the recovery entity to access should the recovery entity become eligible again in a succeeding quarter.".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
