    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 55

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Item 2 of House Floor Amendment number 1.

    2. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2-3-13 NMSA 1978, beginning" and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning".

    3. On page 1, line 24, strike "names of legislators" and insert in lieu thereof "name of each legislator".

    4. On page 2, line 3, after "published", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 4 through 7 and insert in lieu thereof:

"thirty days after adjournment of each legislative session in which a capital projects list is approved by both chambers of the legislature."

    SECTION 2. APPLICABILITY.--This act applies to the first session of the fifty-fifth legislature and succeeding legislatures.".

    5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
