     16. On page 10, line 8, strike both occurrences of "handicap" and insert in lieu thereof "disability".

     21. On page 12, line 17, after "affiliation", insert "; provided, however, that nothing in this subsection shall be construed to require public bodies or state agencies to provide services or programs beyond the specific populations they are tasked with serving".,

and thence referred to the STATE GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS AND INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
