has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike ", POSSESSION OR PURCHASE".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike "; PROVIDING PENALTIES".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike ", PURCHASE OR POSSESSION".

     4. On page 1, line 24, strike the subsection designation "A.".

     5. On page 1, line 25, after the period, insert a closing quotation mark.

     6. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

     7. On page 2, lines 3 through 14, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

     8. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     9. On page 7, line 25, after "ILLEGAL", strike the remainder of the line.

     10. On page 8, line 1, strike "PURCHASE" and insert in lieu thereof "TO SELL FLAVORED".

     11. On page 8, line 1, after "PRODUCTS", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 2 through "PRODUCT".,

and thence referred to the COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
