    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 20, before "all", insert "Indian nation, tribe and pueblo boundaries;

             (7)".

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    3. On page 7, line 2, strike "provisions" and insert in lieu thereof "time lines".

    4. On page 7, line 2, after "section", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 3 up to the period.

    5. On page 7, line 20, strike "elected" and insert in lieu thereof "districts from which".

    6. On page 7, line 20, before the period, insert "are elected".
