    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 11

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 9, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 6. APPROPRIATION.--Three million two hundred thousand dollars ($3,200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of environment for expenditure in fiscal years 2022 and 2023 for the department of environment to draft rules for the environmental improvement board to adopt pursuant to the Clean Fuel Standard Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2023 shall revert to the general fund.".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
