    2. On page 4, line 6, strike "percentage" and insert in lieu thereof "sum of the percentages".

    3. On page 4, line 10, before "percentages", insert "sum of the".

    4. On page 4, line 14, before "percentages", insert "sum of the".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
