SENATE BILL 74
has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, line 11, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "forty-five".
2. On page 2, line 15, strike "joint statement" and insert in lieu thereof "vote of a majority of the members of the New Mexico legislative council".
3. On page 2, line 16, after "governor", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 17 through 19 in their entirety and strike line 20 up to the period.
4. On page 4, line 23, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "forty-five".
5. On page 5, line 7, strike "joint statement" and insert in lieu thereof "vote of a majority of the members of the New Mexico legislative council".
6. On page 5, line 8, after "governor", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 9 through 11 in their entirety and strike line 12 through "representatives".
7. On page 6, line 11, strike "fourteen" and insert in lieu thereof "forty-five".
8. On page 6, line 15, strike "joint statement" and insert in lieu thereof "vote of a majority of the members of the New Mexico legislative council".
9. On page 6, line 16, after "governor", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 17 through 19 in their entirety and strike line 20 up to the period.,
and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
