SENATE BILL 92

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 12, after the period, insert "If the missing person who requests confidentiality regarding the person's status and location is a person with a custodian appointed by a judge, the law enforcement agency shall inform the court that the person has been found and has requested confidentiality regarding the person's status and location.".
