SENATE BILL 103, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendments 2 and 3.

    2. On page 14, line 4, after the subsection designation "B.", insert "For the purposes of this subsection, neonicotinoid class pesticides shall not be designated as restricted use pesticides unless they are designated as such by the United States environmental protection agency.".
