SENATE BILL 127

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 5, line 5, after "both", insert "; provided that to assure that the commission reflects adequate representation of the geographic diversity of the state, the chief justice of the New Mexico supreme court shall appoint members from different geographic regions of New Mexico".
