1. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "CREATING THE WORK AND SAVE FUND;".
2. On page 1, line 21, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".
3. On page 24, lines 3 through 18, strike Section 11 in its entirety.
4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
