SENATE BILL 133
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 25, after "counties", insert "and related infrastructure improvements".
2. On page 4, line 7, strike "be twin engine turboprop aircraft" and insert in lieu thereof "have a passenger capacity of not more than nine persons".
3. On page 5, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection:
"H. No more than ten percent of the balance of the rural air service enhancement fund on July 1 of any year may be used by the division for infrastructure improvements associated with individual grants awarded through the rural air service enhancement grant program.".
4. On page 6, line 11, after "program", insert "and related infrastructure improvements".
5. On page 6, line 19, after "program", insert "and related infrastructure improvements".
