    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 135

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 1, after "review", insert "both the definition of "full time" and".

    2. On page 6, line 4, after the second comma, insert "shall "full time" mean fewer than six credit hours per semester, and in no case".

    3. On page 7, line 20, after "shall", strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 21 and insert in lieu thereof "be transferred to the lottery tuition fund.".

 

    4. On page 15, lines 12 and 13, strike "Twenty-six million dollars ($26,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Twenty-two million dollars ($22,000,000)".

    5. On page 15, line 15, strike "and subsequent fiscal years".

    6. On page 15, line 19, strike "not revert to the general fund" and insert in lieu thereof "be transferred to the lottery tuition fund".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
