has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "; REPEALING THE ENERGY TRANSITION ACT".

    2. On page 3, line 22, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "a non-coal".

    3. On page 27, strike Section 19 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
