    1. On page 2, line 11, strike "Students" and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, students".

    2. On page 3, line 7, before the semicolon, insert ", beginning with the 2023-2024 school year".

    3. On page 17, line 5, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".
