SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 220, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator William E. Sharer

    1. Strike all senate judiciary committee amendments.

    2. On page 3, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new subsection:

         "C. A law enforcement agency shall not require a peace officer to record:

             (1) a notification to a member of the public of a death;

             (2) an undercover operation sanctioned in advance by the law enforcement agency; or

             (3) an explosive recovery and disposal operation to render safe or disassemble an explosive or incendiary device and materials.".
