SENATE BILL 299

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 9, after "that", insert a colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

    2. On page 2, line 11, after "requester", insert the following:

"; and

             (2) the special registration plate selected by the requester has been determined by the division to be able to accommodate an additional design element".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
