    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 351

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 4, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof

"2023".

    2. On page 2, line 16, strike "and".

    3. On page 2, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(6) the office of superintendent of insurance; and".

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    5. On page 4, line 5, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2023".

    6. On page 4, line 6, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2023".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
