    2. On page 4, line 1, strike "full" and insert in lieu thereof "meaningful".

    3. On page 4, line 13, strike "full" and insert in lieu thereof "meaningful".

    4. On page 4, strike lines 17 through 21 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
