    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 395

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, strike Paragraph (2) in its entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 6, line 20, strike "and the Administrative Procedures Act".

    4. On page 11, line 7, strike "and".

    5. On page 11, line 10, after "court", insert the following:

"; and

             (20) the administrative hearings office and its employees and contractors, pursuant to the requirements of the Administrative Hearings Office Act, if the records are needed for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Administrative Hearings Office Act".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
