    1. On page 1, line 15, before the period, insert "TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A GROSS RECEIPTS TAX CREDIT FOR TRANSACTIONS TAKING PLACE ON TRIBAL LAND".

    2. On page 2, line 4, strike "the lesser of".

    3. On page 3, line 4, strike "the lesser of".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
