has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 20, line 14, strike "assessment was made" and insert in lieu thereof "tax was paid".

    2. On page 30, line 13, strike "5" and insert in lieu thereof "4".

    3. On page 30, line 16, after "provisions", insert "of Section 5", strike "July 1, 2021" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2022".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
