SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 439

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

 1. On page 1, lines 18 and 19 strike “the general fund” and insert in lieu thereof, “legislative cash balances”.

 

  2. On page 1, line 25, strike “the general fund” and insert in lieu thereof “legislative cash balances”.,
