    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 1, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 3, line 2, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety and strike line 5 through "governors" and insert in lieu thereof "the tribal leadership of all twenty-three Indian nations, tribes and pueblos in New Mexico".
