    1. On page 3, line 2, strike "close proximity of the person" and insert in lieu thereof "the person's immediate control".

    2. On page 3, strike lines 13 through 15 and insert in lieu thereof:

         "E. The penalties in this section are not exclusive of other applicable criminal charges or civil claims.".
