HOUSE BILL 234

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 20, after "weapon", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 21 and 22 in their entirety and strike line 23 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "immediately after an act of shoplifting in order to retain possession of stolen property or to effect an escape from the scene of an act of shoplifting".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
