has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, strike the

remainder of the line, strike line 12 in its entirety and strike

line 13 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 1, line 20 through page 3, line 22, strike Section

1 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
