    1. On page 1, line 16, strike "CUSTODY" and insert in lieu thereof "PROBABLE CAUSE".

    2. On page 1, line 21, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".

    3. On page 2, line 2, strike "seventy-two hours" and insert in lieu thereof "three days".

 

    4. On page 2, line 9, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".

    5. On page 2, line 10, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".

 

    6. On page 3, line 1, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".

    7. On page 3, line 23, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".

    8. On page 4, line 10, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".

    9. On page 4, line 19, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".

 

     10. On page 4, line 23, strike "custody" and insert in lieu thereof "probable cause".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
