SENATE BILL 136

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "EQUAL TO" and insert in lieu thereof "THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($190,000) OR".

    2. On page 1, line 21, after "1978", insert "or one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000), whichever is greater".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
