    Your TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 146

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 15, line 15, before the period, insert "; provided that the parties may request, consent or agree to an alternative service method for the notice of hearing", and strike "mailed" and insert in lieu thereof "sent".

    2. On page 16, line 8, before the period, insert "OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS OFFICE" and on line 10, after "officer", insert "of the administrative hearings office".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
