    Your TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 194

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

 

1. On page 1, line 18, after the semicolon, insert "REQUIRING COOPERATION FROM STATE AGENCIES TO SHARE RELEVANT DATA;".

 

    2. On page 2, line 23, strike "proceeding" and insert in lieu thereof "preceding".

    3. On page 6, line 5, strike "2023" and insert in lieu thereof "2024". 

    4. On page 9, line 6, strike the closing quotation mark.

    5. On page 9, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection:

         "D. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all state agencies shall cooperate as requested by the state treasurer for the advancement of the New Mexico work and save IRA program, including the sharing of relevant data, as the parties shall mutually agree is reasonably necessary."".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
