SENATE BILL 198, as amended

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. Strike Senate Health and Public Affairs Committee Amendment 1.

 

     2. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendments 2 and 4.

 

     3. On page 3, line 17 through page 5, line 6, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

 

     4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

 

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
