has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 22, after the period, insert "Members shall not have changed their party affiliation in the preceding two years.".

    2. On page 2, line 24, strike "fifty-sixth" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty-seventh".

    3. On page 3, line 1, strike "fifty-sixth" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty-seventh".
