    1. On page 2, line 24, strike "the end of fiscal year 2024" and insert in lieu thereof "December 31, 2025".

    2. On page 3, line 4, strike "2025" and insert in lieu thereof "2026".

    3. On page 3, line 5, strike "incarcerated" and after "people", insert "who are incarcerated in state correctional facilities and".
