has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "; MAKING A TRANSFER FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE HIGHER EDUCATION MAJOR PROJECTS FUND".

 

     2. On page 5, strike lines 18 through 21.

 

     3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
