has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 4, line 1, after "is", insert "equal to or".

 

     2. On page 4, line 2, strike "fifty-one" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty".

 

     3. On page 4, after "time", insert "per qualified professional".,

 

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
