    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two million dollars ($2,000,000)".,

 

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
