HOUSE BILL 109

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 1, line 15, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 16 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "2029".

 

     2. On page 5, line 2, strike "2028" and insert in lieu thereof "2029" and after the period, insert a closing quotation mark.

 

     3. On page 5, strike lines 3 through 6.,

 

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS AND INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
