    Your COMMERCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

HOUSE BILL 200

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 3, lines 10 and 11, strike "bids for eligible builders" and insert in lieu thereof "proposals".

 

     2. On page 3, lines 11 and 12, strike "in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Code".

 

     3. On page 3, line 12, strike "bid" and insert in lieu thereof "proposal".,

 

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
