    1. On page 1, line 24, strike the second occurrence of "the" and strike line 25 through "which" and insert in lieu thereof "a year that shall not exceed".

    2. On page 2, line 1, strike "occurs".

    3. On page 4, strike line 5 through "which" and insert in lieu thereof "a year that shall not exceed".

    4. On page 4, line 6, strike "occurs".
